There is an intensive construction of residential and commercial buildings and villas. There are many yachts and boats both in the water area of Dubai Marina and in the parking lot. There is always intense shipping in the Gulf and we see both modern ships and traditional Arab dhows in the photos. You can also buy property on the coast of Dubai, but you have to fork out for it - a pleasure not cheap.
